Today was completely draining. Med-Surg Exam 2 and PCN dance practice for four hours. meh. It has only been a day, and I am already struggling with my Lenten promise for self-care. Why must it be so hard to try and put yourself before others’ happiness? I’m tired of unsuccessfully trying to find self-worth in a world where self-care is completely essential for survival. Its a constant struggle for everyone. well, that’s my self reflection for the day. blehhhh
